Rep Power: 149 | | | I am hoping mine will drop a few more beats and be lower than my age - now that would be cool!

Rep Power: 687 | | | when did you take it? Try to take it first thing in the morning, right after waking up, while still in bed.

Also, mine is 50 right now, but I've been listening to classic rock and... doing other things that tend to raise one's heart rate. Got me all curious now, so I'll check in the morning. I'm supposed to be tracking anyway.

Rep Power: 206 | | | Well, I finally have an actual monitor and if I leave it on and just chill and watch TV it gets around 51-53. It has been as low as 50. I don't plan on sleeping with it on to get my "true" resting HR LOL sounds uncomfortable

Rep Power: 357 | | 44! Hahaha. I win because I'm fat and horribly out of shape.
