| | | Mine is about 60. FWIW, I wouldn't consider myself a super-conditioned runner, but I'm definitely in better shape than most of my friends. I probably would have a lower resting pulse rate if I wasn't such a big fan of caffeine. |

It would be more if I tried to take it at some random times I'm sitting down throughout the day. |

Mine is in the very low 50s. |
