Question Running

What type of diet is best when training for an 8k and have 6 weeks?

not enough info.

need stats: wt. ht. experience, and all that. what do you have on he bones to burn? an 8 K is a fast race... 6 weeks is a long time tho.

give us more info and we will try to hep ya! tell us everything. "too much info" is not possible.

FF is right... more info, more better...

but also, always remember, listen to your body... it will tell you if you are not getting enough of something or too much of something especially if you are in tune and keep records of your diet and training. when you don't feel right or feel really good you can check the record and see what changed, what you did to get the good or bad result...
