Running!?!?!?!?!

Hi i have trying to lose some weight as i posted in the weight loss forum. I run a mile a day. In the past few days i started timing my self. I can run it in about 10 min and 20 sec. Is this good since i just got into seriously running about 2 weeks ago? Btw i am 13, 5'8", and about 170-180 lb. Is that good time for me? I jog most of the time but i go as far as i can w/ out walking for about 30seconds for a quick breather. Also how should i brethe? I breathe 4 in every 3 steps and 4 out every 3 steps. I breathe in and out my mouth... Is that wrong? thankyou in advanced
