    Running on incline - Will it build leg muscles?

    If I run on incline on a treadmill, is this likely to build my leg muscles? Any advice would be great. Thanks.

    It is likely that your calf muscles will get more tone and stronger. Hill repeats will also help with that.

    Not sufficiently. You should lift weights to build muscle, and use the treadmill to build your cardiovascular system.
