Q1- I've been running/jogging for 22 years (since I was 10).

Q2- A) for fitness & fun (but I used to compete for almost 10 years til 1995).

Q3- B) about 3-4 times a week (I've taken up walking on other days, but I used to go everyday, but that would burn me out too much).

Q4- About 10-12 miles a week (since taking up walking, my jogging is down to 3 times a week or so. So, I do about 2-3 miles when I do go).

Q5- D). When I was competing I had gotten Achille Tendonitis about 2 times, pull hamstring a couple of times, stiff knees, and shin splints in junior high).

Q6- A). Yes, just the Achille Tendonitis (about 2 times in the past 10 years).

Q7- Well, that's none of my answers. I only use shoes specifically made for running/jogging.

Q8- Yes, I've never had any problems on the ones I buy.

Q9- E). None (I think I'm pretty good. I'm now a fitness jogger, I don't compete anymore, so I'm not too worried about technique much).

Q10- A). Nothing (I just stick to the right pair of running/jogging shoes at all times).

Q11- A). Yes.
