Running Related Questions

Hello,
as of now this is my work out schedule:

MWF
Lift

Tue, Thurs, Sat
Running

Sun
rest

I am 5 ft 10 ish. 156 lbs. 16 yrs old. I wanted to know I need to gain muscle in my upper body, because my lower body is very strong my calves can do about 650 on leg press. I can kick a soccer ball powerfully. My calves are good i think. My thighs are also Very strong. I wanted to get ready for lacrosse by making my upper body strong.

I am running every other day to stay in shape, but not to lose weight. Because i need to put get muscle so losing wieght isnt a great idea. Most of my fat is upper body, like around me stomach mostly and my chest. Should I do HIIT, or cardio running to make me keep my muscle but not lose as much weight? just to keep my in shape. As of now i do cardio for about 25 min.

Also i want my stomach to be toned, i know that i have to lose fat to have it show my six pack, but is there any other way to make my stomach strong so when sticks are flying at my stomach it doesnt hurt as much?

Please help me
Thanks
