Question running routine?

how many times a week should i run? im just starting to get into it again and need to fit it around weights. Should i do say monday, wednesday friday sunday with different durations and tempos? its basically to get my fitness up so maybe i should concentrate on longer runs like before, however these were harder to recover from so should i try a short run everyday?

If you do HIIT training, you eventually be able to run evey day. even on weight training days if fitness if your goal.
But i would start off running every 2 or 3 days otherwise your CNS will take a bashing and you'll get really tired.
