spinning

they have this at my new gym and it says u can burn on an average of 500 calories per 45 min workout ? anyone here done it ? how is it ?

One of the BEST group fitness classes you could take! I've been teaching for 5 years now so I'm a little bit biased however before I taught I was addicted to these classes. You do burn roughly 500 calories per class, will sweat like a dog, will hit the legs and glutes till they burn and pumping music.

I highly recommend you try a class!

thanks im gonna try .. cuz i would like to add 2-3 classes a week .. so my cardio would be taken care of .. im just kinda nervous about trying it out .. thinking i wont be able to finish or keep up

Jetjaquar...just take it at your own pace. The nice thing about spinning classes is that you set your resistance. If the class is climbing and you feel exhausted just bring your resistance down a bit but keep pedaling. Also you can keep it in the saddle for the first couple classes then when you get more comfortable start bringing it into 2nd and 3rd....
(These terms will make sense after you take a couple classes).
