Stopping the Jiggle...

Ok so this isn't easy to talk about - but it's really bothersome. Anyways I'm a guy who's nice and round - and I've been trying to run / jog. But it's been really hard to keep the jiggle down in the gut / chest area. It's embarrassing, and really keeps me from giving a full 100%... I don't have access to my gym because it's at my university, so joging / running is the only thing I can do to keep on loosing weight (down ~30lbs so far :-) ).

You Know,

It's kind of a catch 22, cause you mentioned that running is somewhat uncomfortable cause of what you say is " jiggle", but believe me, nothing gets rid of the jiggle easier then running...............I lost over 30 lbs, most of it was a result of running. My opinion is whatever jiggles or bounces while running, will eventually come off..............Keep with it!!!

yea i have the same problem, Im not horribly out of shape, but there is plenty of jiggling in the chest/stomach area. But each time you go out running you will notice less and less of the jiggling.

Depending upon your workout attire, I have found that wearing a couple of t-shirts instead of only one can actually significantly cut down on the jiggle. Make certain you stay cool enough and don't go overboard, but this works for me.

i used to be 'jiggly' and i would run in fields and farms where only cows and trees could laugh at me. Find a place where it is peaceful and noone ever goes.

If I were you I would use that jiggle as a motivational factor. If not then run early in the mornings where no one is around.
