better to specialise or cross train?

i do alot of cardio at teh moment incl. running , cycling and using a cross trainer. i was wondering is it better to specialise on just one type like cycling to improve health, fitness and ability on the bike, or am i getting benefits out of cross training?? please advise

I'm not sure of your goals, but if it's just overall fitness then by all means crosstrain. If you're trying to ride a race (bike) then I would focus on that for now.
