Yeah it can do. The main problem is there is zinc in seamen, so masterbating uses up sinc. Zinc is an essential nutrient for all manor of things including muscle growth. On the other hand have you ever tried to abstaine from sex and masterbation for an extended period? I managed about 7 or 8 weeks, and i began to notice distinck changes in my personality for the worse. Men have evolved to have sex, if we don't it's bad for us.. probably

Once or so a week won't hurt much and it'll keep you sane. If you've got a partner tho don't try and refrain, enjoy it.

Provided you aren't doing it so often that you're rubbing the skin raw, you'll be fine. Take a multivitamin and an extra glass of water every day for 'recovery'.

Its pretty normal to self pleasure...American's are just too uptight to admit it.

I'm going on 5 months of NO SEXUAL ANYTHING.

I don't know why, just am. Anyways, I somehow think my personality has changed for the better.

I've read somewhere that HIGH INTENSITY sex, burns about 50 calories. In about 20 minutes, I could do other things to burn MORE calories. It just makes more sense.

Try this:

Start 'doing your business' but dont climax, just let the sex energy build up- then go and do your workout, you will have added oomph from the powerful energy in you. After the session go and finish off the job and have a good relax...

BTW I suggest this for a home workout
