| | Yeah it can do. The main problem is there is zinc in seamen, so masterbating uses up sinc. Zinc is an essential nutrient for all manor of things including muscle growth. On the other hand have you ever tried to abstaine from sex and masterbation for an extended period? I managed about 7 or 8 weeks, and i began to notice distinck changes in my personality for the worse. Men have evolved to have sex, if we don't it's bad for us.. probably
Once or so a week won't hurt much and it'll keep you sane. If you've got a partner tho don't try and refrain, enjoy it. |

I've read somewhere that HIGH INTENSITY sex,  burns about 50 calories. In about 20 minutes, I could do other things to burn MORE calories. It just makes more sense. |
