Rep Power: 0 | | Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin ECA Stack Weight loss thoughts Hey all,
Anyone have any thoughts on this weight loss supplement? I heard it really works? Is it illegal? How does it work?
I think HIIT training is still the best form of weight loss What is HIIT Training?
My friend uses ECA but I heard it has a lot of sideeffects. |

Rep Power: 65 | | I havnt heard of the supplement, but im sure if your trying to lose weight it would help a bit but nothing overly significant or worth getting excited about. Im sure the side effects would be a result of the decreased fat absorption, therefore slimey poo i guess this would be a good educator of how much fat your eating as you could see it come out.
Either way, weight training with cardio and a good diet is and always will be the best way.

Rep Power: 11 | | | ECA Stack does work, works well. It's the only fat burner that I would say does. There are a number of potential side effects, I would strongly recommend researching it quite thoroughly if you are considering taking it.
Ephedrine is legal here it is not legal in most states from what I understand there were a few high profile deaths related to ephedrine overdoses a few years ago and I had heard it was banned in USA. |

The ephedra products ban was lifted for a time, but is back again. In the mean time, suppliers are being allowed to sell out their remaining stock. The 10 mg ephedra is the safe level and the most trusted place to buy is [link removed due to violation of the TOS]. Metabadrine with ephedra has been their top seller for more than five years. This company is also listed with the Better Business Bureau.

Rep Power: 542 | | | Hmmm, there are 3 first time posters on this thread, maybe a sales pitch is coming.
First off, Ephedrine has tight controls on it's use for a reason, for a start it's addictive, the last thing you need is an addiction to a drug that you won't even be able to obtain legally for much longer (not that any kind of addiction is good)
Secondly, Ephedrine is a strong stimulant, if you stack it with caffine you risk having a heart attack. Working out while taking this will only increase those risks

Rep Power: 0 | | | ephedrine hcl 25mg a little off subject .
when i started competing i started taking 2 25mg tabs of this before training,
ive been doing this now for more then 10 years.
its true if you take it throughout the day you could have some probs. but taken once in the morning it is the best fat burner met, booster. and has been around for hundreds of years,it was taken off the market as people were abusing it as well as making hard drugs from it.
it is avail. at a very good price.
im not sure if i can list the site here so i wont. |

Oh it's the best fat burner yet (easy to say, they're all pretty useless, so this one is only 99% useless). Like Matt said, maybe a little bit of effect, nothing to get excited (or spend your money) about. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Thanks all for the replies.
I researched it and it looks like people got good responses from it in moderation.
However, it is not for me. I will stick to a clean diet and excecise. HIIT is still the best i think and I highly recommend it. It is like interval training and I have lost 10 lbs in 1 month doing it. Benefits of HIIT Training |

Rep Power: 884 | | It always worries me when first time posters come on here asking questions about what they see as a quick fix solution. Assuming there is no sales pitch to follow, the ECA stack should only ever be used as part of a solid nutrition/training programme and, even then only as a last resort having plateaued or with a competition approaching.
Ephedrine does work but, as has been said, comes with side effects. Addiction, higher core temperature, high blood pressure, insomnia, jitters, constantly needing the bathroom etc. Add this to the fact that, when you stop taking it (its not cheap and it requires cycling) if you don't adjust your diet/training accordingly, guess what happens as your metabolism/core temperature slows/cools down.......you simply store all that fat again, probably more.
Unless carefully managed and researched, I would say it shouldn't be used. Certainly not one for newbies.
ETA: To the OP, HIIT is a much better idea - good for you and congratulations on your progress so far

You mug, it was just a slightly smarter than usual bit of spam. The ECA question was just there to throw you off the scent of the ad for HIIT that he's now posted twice in this thread

Besides, the info is still valid and HIIT (as a concept, not numpties site specifically) is a good thing to steer people towards.
Maybe I should advertise lifting weights or cardiovascular excercise - d'you think they might catch on in the fitness community?
