| | | Animal Pack Questions..
I have a whole brand new can pull of animal packs.I am 17 years old does my body need all of these vitimans? Would it help in any gains in my lifting?Could it hurt me at all? |

| | | Vitamins/minerals are good for overall health first then with everything running smoothly yes it will help your lifting. That's why a good basic meal plan with this and water and fiber intake is so important. It's hard to make quality progress when things run poorly. |
