| | | another question. ive been seeing super good gains like 6 or more lb more on the bench a week and i flat and incline once a week! if i start back with the creatine will i see even better gains? i dont see why not. i used to take it. my diet is very good and im not just saying that. just to verify 6-8 meals eggs, turkey, chicken, tuna, fish, cottage cheese, every day .. just in a nutshell... but yea. i do upper monday, lower tuesday, rest wed, upper thurs, and lower friday...
will creatine help any? im seeing super good gains in strength. |

| | | yea i kno this kid in my school hes a senior and im like 2x as big as him, so naturally hes jelous, but hes like dude that stuff can kill you and he thinks he knows what hes talking about. Hes a senior and my max bench and deadlift is like 60lb more than him and he thinks hes stronger... and im only in 10th. yep. haha
