I get mine from GNC which is a health food store. There are heaps around so you should be able to find one. Prices are pretty reasonable too. I just use their own branded stuff which seems to be doing the trick for me.

| | | Definitely dude........100% for sure. Just their standard product is fine.
Give it a go and see how it works for you. But remember, it is better to get your source of protein through natural foods (eggs, chicken etc..) and this is just to supplement what you can't get through food.
