started using glutamine a few months ago. I did notice less post workout soreness and just feeling better in general.

Initially had ultimate nutritions glutapure. Could someone please give some recommendations on the best form of glutamine to take? Like just glutamine. Less catch phrases like 'fermapure' 'biovolumizing' the better.

the only studies that showed ANY benefit from supplemental L-glutamine were AIDS patients, and burn victims.
in a normal, healthy person, its just digested and excreted...does nothing to blood-glutamine levels.
