Best protein shake/creatine

Hellooo.

Some people recomend to take protein shake and creatine. I cant really afford this. Im not sure which one to go with and which is the best one for me. Im a type 1 diabetic weighing 242lbs 5ft 10. I lift heavy and have been for 6 months properly now but almost a year ive been going to the gym. I have fairly big stomache. Arms are big to as in muscle. Would you recomend protein shake or creatine? I work out 3-4x a week and do the 8x3 workout for arms/chest/back. 15reps 4x for legs and for back. I want to bulk up but loose fat to.

STOPPPP!!!

get a refund!

did you just buy a supplement on ebay?

If you want a protein powder there are many options. i personally use Nitrean At Large Nutrition - Nitrean 4.6 lbs - Protein powder supplement.

Other recomend True Protein True Protein | High Quality Nutrition and Protein Supplements

You want a combination of Whey/Cassein Proteins. Search the forums and you will find a lot of info on different protein powders.

Well I am just saying that since you're here and you want to lose some weight, why not read whats recomended. there are a lot of people with a lot of experience on here who have tried every type of protein powder you can find and they know whats good and whats not.

The 2 i suggested are better brands. Nitrean has a decent taste and mixes well. True Protein is very customizable and does not have added sugar content in it.

I use Lean Mass Builder by LDS. It actually tastes really good and I think it's fairly clean.

You said you're diabetic right? Wouldn't you want a protein w/o any added sugar in it?

There was a new article in Reuters talking about how keeping your protein intake high will help you lose weight. I definitely recommend protein shakes because of this new study. I use Nutribody -- it might be a good option for you because it doesnt have sugar! It's made of brown rice and pea protein and mixes really well.
Good luck,
Chris
