Combination Supplements

Is this combination of supplements sufficient?

-3 Muscle Milk protein shakes daily
-6OXO
-CE2 Ethyl Ester Creatine
-MyoBlast CSP3(Experiment, haven't heard good reviews)

Is there anything I'm missing?

(Cutting)2400 Calories daily
High Protein, Low Carb, Moderate Fat
HIIT Daily

Arms & Shoulders - Day Off - Chest & Back - Day Off - Legs - Day Off - Repeat

I plan on losing 8 more lbs. before starting a bulking phase again.

Not bad, not knowing your weight and other specifics. Be careful with the 6oxo, being a suicide inhibitor you can experience rebounding. Keep an eye on bp and cholesterol, and hopefully your libido doesn't drop. With the 6oxo you'll drop weight right away but it'll be water, take that into account.

Understand your concern. I'm under a constant watch by my Physical Therapist, he was the one that suggested the HIIT in that manner, so if anything comes up I'm sure he'll be able to tell.

Mreik, is the 6oxo safe to take in a 6 week on, 2 week off regime?
