Creatine Brand\Is it good to take?

Is NO-Xplode a good type of creatine to take? Has anyone used this kind?

yeah, its crap. please search the forums, we cover this exact question at least once a week.

ALL YOU NEED is 100% pure creatine monohydrate. should cost about $16 per 500g container. one teaspoon, once per day. take it post workout in your shake.
no need to do a 'loading phase'.

i wouldnt even really call it a creatine. its more of a highly caffinated supplement. if your not careful with taking it, it can become dangerous.
