I currently take creatine mono powder and GNC MASS XXX weight gainer. I was wondering if it is ok to mix these in a blender and take them at the same and follow that up with a glass of water. The mass gainer has fatty acids, amino acids, and triglycerides as well as protein in it and i mix it with milk. Will any of these decrease the effects of creatine, or render it useless? THX!

its fine, but you want creatine post workout, with straight protein, and simple, non-starchy carbs...and NO fat.
