good stuff.

Thanks for the email.

This helps explain why ppl need to drink their protein shake with their creatine as soon as they finish the workout.

Now that was exactly what I was looking for. I knew that you needed insulin to use creatine, but didnt know why. Thank you again.

Wondering...

This was an insanely interesting article/post.

My question - and I know this is probably something better posed to a doctor, is given the above situation and throw in a type-II diabetic how does the added protein assist in the production of insulin, if at all?

while Type-II diabetics can suffer from renal failure due to the excess cretanine created, if you just subtracted the creatine from the mix (or lowered the dosage) would your body produce more insulin in a reaction to the added protein....
