| | | Creatine Monohydrate Question
I purchased the GNC brand a few weeks ago because it was 200 servings for $15 and I just started using it yesterday. I read that grape juice is the best to dissolve it but the creatine is just staying at the bottom and tastes pretty gross. Is there any other liquid that anyone has found to dissolve monohydrate? Thanks! |

| | | never really got it to fully disolve in anything, i just stir and drink , stir and drink , stir and drink never let it settle, it is gross when its all on the bottom , hehe |

| | | creatine mono doesn't dissolve well, period. Micronized creatine monohydrate stays in suspension longer so you can drink it more easily. |

I know a few people who just spoon it into their mouth, and then chug some water to wash it down. |
