Creatine question, not in sticky?

Hi,

I have read through the sticky post and have searched the froums, but I cant find the answer.

I am going to be taking Creatine supplements, I have got the pill type. The label says to take three tablets before and three after exercise.

What I want to know is, before exercise, do I take all the pills at the same time, or spread them througout the day. If it is all at the same time, how long should I wait before I exercise. The same with after exercise, do I take all three as soon as I have finished exercise?

Also is there a minimuim and maximum limit of exercise that I can do using Creatine. Should I do a certain amount of lifting to make sure I use up the Creatine, so there is not an excess in my body.

Sorry if these questions have already been asked, but I have searched already, without any luck.

Any help would be great.

P.S copy of the label here: http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/vf/labels/000909HB.pdf. It is PDF format.

creatine aint really a big deal, i would space them out through the day just for the heck of it. Ur body naturally produces creatine, so its a safe supplement. So u dont need to try to get it out of ur system

creatine works off building up to saturation...so whether you take it before or after workout doesn't matter as much as taking a quality creatine on a consistent (daily) basis.
