Creatine Questions

I have read the FAQ about creatine and i don't think it answered by question, or if it did i missed it and im sorry. So my first question should I take creatine everyday, even on the days I'm not working out?
On the bottle it says take 1-2 pills in the morning and 1-2 before workout. Right now on days that I know im going to the gym I'm taking one in the morning and 2 before a workout. But not taking any of off days so should I take 1 or 2 on my off days or no?
My other question is more sports related while using creatine. Right now I'm using creatine for soccer and I have seen it helps in sprints towards the ball but my real question is: I have a soccer tournament coming up in a week and I was wonder how many i should take for the game. Right now I'm taking one in the morning and one right before the game. Since it is a tournament though where we might be playing up to 3 games a day should i just take one before each game or one in the morning and one before each game.

Use creatine the day of and the day before your competition or when you want to look sexy. This is my opinion. I don't know that much about creantine so don't follow my advice without getting a second opinion.

take one serving of creatine everday, it naturally gets releaseed to the body, so it doesnt matter when u take it.

Just a sore stomach once in a while, but that was entire my fault from not drinking enough water. So drink lots of water while on creatine

For the average 200lb male, 5g a day, which is a heaping teaspoon, is all you need.
Some labels talk about 'loading'...taking 4 doses a day for 5-7 days. This isn't really necessary. You can load by taking 5g a day for 3 weeks. Either method is going to get you to saturation. As long as you keep up the daily dose of 1 teaspoon, you'll maintain saturation.
I'll admit, it doesn't state you take it on off days, but the use of 'daily' implies 7days a week, always. I'll update the fact to be less ambiguous.
