I saw someone use a creatine serum at the gym today, and then in a well known mens mag there is an ad for MMUSA Xtra Creatine Serum with Glutamine.

anyone use this or know much about it? i was thinking of it to primarily burn fat quicker but also to help me improve strength as i am struggling to get gains, mainly due to tiredness.

skip out on glutamine in general, even if its with something else, and neither creatine or glutamine are great fat burners in general

Creatine serum is ineffective, both on paper and through customer feedback. I would not recommend you purchase this product.

Neither Creatine nor glutamine will burn fat. I would recommend that you focus on your nutrition or add a good pre-workout drink to boost your energy levels. You'd be surprised at how much strength you can gain just through having proper nutrition. Afterall, your muscles can only use the energy you give them through your diet!

If you really want to try a supplement to help effect both fat-burning and energy; you may want to try L-Carnitine. L-Carnitine is an 'amino' that encourages the transportation of fat from storage and its utilization for energy. You may not notice a significant 'boost' of energy, but in the long run you should be able to maximize your fat-burning while maintaining energy levels during your workout.

Otherwise, you could always go with a 'stimulant fat-burner'. One of those will definitely give you energy! Question is: do you need THAT much?!

ive been looking as im thin of top, my legs are getting leaner but my ass remains dispropotionately fat. i was just wondering if there was anything to step it up a level so i can clear it once and for all.
