that sounds like a lot of creatine. You really don't need more than 3-5 grams on your workout days after you have loaded. (loading can be done with 3-5 grams a day for 3 weeks (if I remember correctly))

And just take it with your PWO (if you use one) since there should be fast acting sugar in there, which helps absorption.

Yep, and you should just take 5g servings at the same frequency everyday.

No need to load. You can take it 2 different ways on training days:

2.5g 10 min prior to weight training/2.5g right after

OR

5g right after weight training.

I take 5g in the morning on my off days.

"loading" is just a way to hit saturation more quickly. like LV says, you really don't need to load. the supp companys want you to load so you use more product, so many labels still include a loading phase.

Karky is right. the average 200lb male will reach creatine saturation after 21days, taking 5g doses once per day. And that does take into account that you're working out and thus lowering creatine levels.

In fact, if you're under 200lbs, you probably only need 3-4g of creatine a day...if you're on a budget crunch. otherwise do the 5g dose, which is a heaping teaspoon. (and I"m talking about measuring spoons, not the spoons you eat with, which are bigger than a 1 teaspoon in volume)
