Cut Cut Cut.

I'm about to begin a cutting cycle, and I was wondering what the best cut supplement is?

I've tried a few and they work okay, just want some more opinions.

Sincerely,
Wilhelm.

Your best bet would be to get your diet dialed in correctly before adding any unnecessary supps to the mix. What does your planned diet/training approach look like?

Eh, I haven't decided. But i have unbelievable stress levels and i don't lose anything or gain anything well. I tried a balance diet and cardio, before, but i failed in results. it worked okay but i decided to hit another bulking cycle and try again.

Any advice on the training. Im a Mesomorph, if it helps.

Sincerely,
Wilhelm

Find a way to deal with that stress. I have found that half of the stress in my life, I create for myself, needlessly, in my own head.

stress creates more cortisol, and that's not gonna be your friend at all.

cut the stress, determine a diet (yer screwed if you don't). hold off on cutting supps til the end of your cut, when they matter the most.

What "type of stress" are we speaking about at the age of 15 years old? Outline the specifically. In order to deal with stress you have to properly identify them.

Despite the contradictory feelings of cutting/bulking, what does your "gut" instinct tell you--that you need to do?

Here is a philosophical concept:

If you do not know yourself, but know your enemy, you have odds of going 1-1 on the winning percentage (You win one. Lose one).

If you know yourself, and do not know your enemy, the same thing can be true: you have odds of going 1-1 on the winning percentage (You win one. Lose one).

If you do not know your self, and do not know your enemy, you will lose nearly all battles between them.

If follows then, that if you learn yourself and learn your enemy, the odds increase you win the battle (s) each time.

Identify your enemy, bring bring it close. Know its behaviors, tendencies, and actions.

Then when an ugly enemy of diet/fitness surfaces, instead of running away (or throwing up the hands and not knowing what to do), you stand your ground face it with knowledge of knowing the beast, and its supported in knowing the self.

Wish you the absolute best Wilhelm,

Chillen

lol, My stress?
there's alot of that.
Single mom 3 kids
3 yr old boy
Me
19yr old sister

WE have a family owned business and my grandmother who owns it, is kinda getting old. And i have to pick up her slack and mistakes. I have my mom and her to del with at the same time, its sounds easy but they are both bi-polar crazt lunatics. I have school to deal with of course. And thankfully im graduating in 2 months, i have an website to keep running as well as an advertising company to keep afloat. I also have an electronics distribution and repair company. I know your going to say "lose some jobs" but i can't, i own them all and they keep my family in good health.

any stress ideas?
oh i am about to start working on my car again which helps me deal with some stress.

Sincerely,
Wilhelm

And thanks Chillen.
