Cycles for creatine and Glutamine

I know that you should cycle through creatine, I just want to know What my cycle should be. I am on creatine pills and I would like to know what my cycle shoudl be and if the fact that my creatien is in pill form would affect the cycle. Also, should I cycle through glutamine aswell, or is it safe to take everyday?

I don't think there's much need to cycle either. Creatine has no proven negative effects on a healthy body, just take the stuff on a constant basis if you think it helps you

As long as you don't have any pre-existing renal problems, you can take both everyday without cycling.

Both Creatine and L-Glutamine are considered safe supplements for an average healthy person. Creatine has some extensive research behind it and is useful. It will not be a miracle worker, but can be a minor co-worker in your fitness goals. Creatine Mono, can give some people side effects so do some research, on it, and drink plenty of water.

L-Glutamine is an Amino Acid,(and if you do a research on it) has a so-called laundry list of benefits when supplemented. However, I am not sold on this supplement at the present time, and am still in the "education" mode (weeding out the CRAP), before I decide (for myself) whether this is a useful supplement to suggest to someone asking on it. Some can claim nearly anything on a supplement. Doesn't make it so, and I am concerned with the validity of such claims. It is safe (in terms of side effects) for most people.

I concur with Mreik, I also believe you do not have cycle Creatine. The body has the ability to store (and maintain) certain amounts any way, and if you consume too much, you will be watching some of your money being pissed out.

Best wishes,

Chillen
