hey. does any body take Myoplex as a protein source? iv been takeing Muscle Milk as a after workout shake and i bought some Myoplex shakes today and there not bad. anybody have and advise or suggestion on what they take and what works?

I used to drink them all the time. I have cut back on supplements in favor of more raw foods but I would say as a supplement they are pretty good. I would not replace anything with them though

As far as quality and taste go I like Myoplex. Muscle Milk and Optimum Nutrition work just as well, imo. And ON is cheaper.

I noticed Myoplex is much more filling (I used Myoplex Lite).

The lite version had the same kcals and protein as OptNut (if memory serves) - yet was much more filling, so it fit in well as part of a meal rather than feeling like all I drank was a glass of flavored milk.

It is however, much more expensive. A box of the packets came out to (I think) close to $1.50-2.00 each, where a tub of ON, the servings are roughly about .40 each.

I used to get the chocolate lovers pack and it was great. For some reason other meal replacements seem to make me sick. I could drink Met-rx for a few days then I would gag every time I looked at the box.

has anybody herd anything abouts EAS's Muscle Armour?
