Ephedrine- What do the biochemist peeps think of the post about taking 50 mgs before races for the last 10 years? (us athletes think he is a cheating no good bastahd!) but what oif the effects to heart rate, when you are going to race, and then take some speed first?
Core temperature?
the difference between ephed and caffein?
how does aspirin fit into this list?
for pain, when I have it, about daily, I wil take ibufrofein, or asitametaphin.
Thoughts on all this?
