fat burner?

two things im in too: firefighting and fitness. the only bad thing about firefighting (not so much with me) is that a lot of the time you eat things you shouldnt. espically at dinner, its just flat out rude if you dont eat what has been cooked. when it comes to dinner time, i wont refuse the meal, but i wont eat alot of it. is there anything i can take to reduce the calorie, fat, cardsb, etc.?

The short answer? - No (and I wouldn't want the fireman saving my butt to be all hopped up and jittery from diet pills )

Try to eat only enough not to be rude if it's really that big a deal with your coworkers. Then, add in some healthier stuff to fill in the gap so you aren't starving (gotta have energy to fight fires and stuff)
