| | | My favorite is the pure unflavored whey isolate from myprotein.co.uk.
Outstanding product with supposedly the highest biological value of any known protein.
Blend with a bunch of berries and soy milk. yum yum yum. Healthy as they come and a total snack taste wise too. |

| | | Hands down ON. There Whey Isolate is good, except for vanilla(vanilla is just one of those flavors thats good but u can mess it up WAY to easy). There 24-Hour complex(casein) is pretty good but kinda thick.
Syntha 6 is a good taste but too much $$ |

| | Protein powders dont normally have sugar in them they generally have sweeteners. I take the met-Rx chocolate supreme whey. I find that this gets me the best gains when i sand which my workout with it eg. one shake before one after.

edit: go to products - formulas - custom solutions << | Amen. Trueprotein.com baby. Stuff you buy in bottles and tubs is usually over-priced IMO.
AND their website now has Stevia as a sweetener, thank god! Most market powders still use aspartame or sucralose. << Your opinion on those substances will vary but I personally believe... they will kill you... eventually =) |

| | | I went way out on a limb and got ON 100% Whey in the Natural formula instead of the regular one. It only comes in 3 flavors (Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla) and since I always buy vanilla I bought vanilla. Tastes pretty much exactly the same as the standard formula with chemical sweeteners (Acesulfame K), has 2g more carbs per serving though as it is sweetened with Stevia and Fructose according to the label. All the other stats are the same.
Anyhow since I like to support my local merchants and economy by buying things in the store rather than online I think I will switch over to the 100% Natural formula full time. If enough people follow suit they'll likely make more flavors available too. They also have 100% Casein in a Natural formula. |

Anyway, I just got a new one (new for me) called Iso Mass by Ultimate Nutrition. Had it for the first time today, don't really like the taste but bought a 4kg tub!! Can't wait to finish it. One and a half scoops down... 59 servings to go

| | | Just bought some wheybolic extreme from GNC. Before I was just using normal cheap stuff but this is supposed to have a lot better absorption rate and a few other perks to it over the stuff I was using. It does cost 4x as much though...will post any noteable results. |
