| | | As far as I have heard glutamine doesn't really do much. Some people say it helps with fat oxidation or whatever but the most recent word out is it really doesn't do much but end up in the toilet. I know if anything, it helps with immune function. I don't think its unsafe for any age...but I wouldn't waste my money. it would be better to invest in a good multivitamin |

I find Glutamine to reduce the soreness from a workout... if I take it about 1 hour before on an empty stomach (2 grams)... and then sometimes I take some after... |

if you want glutamine for recovery, eat more cottage cheese. the stuff is loaded with it. |
