Glutamine

So, I was reading a article in FitnessRx about Gultamine and NO products. The short stoys is that NO products can lead to/cause erection problems, decreased tissue health, and fitigue becaue I guess it effects blood flow and other minor areas. IŽ also said that "excessive gultaime could interfere with NO production"

Is there any truth to these statements? I take gutamine so I was just wonder if it was true and how much is concidered "excessive"

I've heard that people will often take NO type supp to treat ED problems (L-Arg variants). I take both and have no problems.

Bogus. Arginine would actually increase blood flow and therefore increase erections. In fact my guess is that this is the main ingredient in male enhancement pills like extenze. Glutamine has no affect on blood vessel dilation, but is great for your immune system.
