I want to start taking a multivitamin to make sure I'm getting all of that good stuff I need. Any recommendations? (Don't tell me anything that'll make me fail a naval drug test :P doesn't take much lol. I got dinged for IB Profen last time )

I use the GNC ultra mega somthin or another... Liquid!! No pills, unless they're proven to breakdown good.. Oh yeah, and I only use GNC brand b/c my friend works there and I almost get it for free.. If I didn't get a discount, I'd look for another cheaper brand.

I use Source of Life vitamins. luv 'em.
