Is "Grow!" low-carb protein supplement a good choice?

I keep hearing and reading about Grow! low-carb protein supplement...a lot of the excercise sites I've visited talk about how valuable this supplement is and worthy of drinking throughout the day in place of meals. Your thoughts?

its nothing fancy, just an MRP - meal replacement powder.

having it in place of several meals a day is not wise. first, it doesn't have enough fiber. second, it won't fill you up. third, too much liquid food equals some truely horrible experiences in the bathroom.

I recommend no more than two liquid meals or snacks a day, usually two protein shakes...one as a snack paired with a carb, veggie, or fat...and the other as your post workout meal, paired with simple/sugar carbs.
