help w/ my new Protein

i'm 17 years old, i weigh 160 lbs
my weight goal is 190-200 lbs

i bought some new PVL Mutant Mass protein the other day, and it has an abnormally high amount of calories in it, here are the nutritional facts:

per 2 scoops:
525 calories
9 g fat
1.5 g saturated
0 g trans
30 mg cholesterol
900 mg potassium
85 g carbs
15 g sugars
5 g fibres
26 g protein

what do you think i should be doing, increased cardio? how may calories should i burn on treadmill? what should i eat? how many shakes of 2 scoops should i take a day?

any help you can give me would be great, thanks!

you bought weight gainer powder...all those carbs and fat. if it was just protein powder, you'd be looking at 130 calories, 1.5g fat, 4-6g carbs, 26g protein.

I'll move this to the correct forum: Supplements.
