Horse Power

Hello there, I'm sorta new into the whole supplement/vitamin taking thing in my workout. I've gone through various protein and whey powders, and I recently switched over to cyto-gainer. I had spoken to a few people and was recommended to take creatine. I am trying to put on muscle, I workout five times a week with my own workout plans. Anyway, the creatine I was suggested was Horse Power, I checked reviews on the net and they were very much similar and generic (of course, I may of had been checking the wrong sites)

Can anyone give me some first hand experience they had with it? Or maybe point me in the direction of a better one?

I ain't heard of no horse power creatine but that could be the type that sets you back a cool $120 each month.

Hehe , gnutella, your right about that, it is one of the more costlier ones.

MRI CE2, will look into it for sure.

Anyone else? Its in a purple jar at GNC, all help is appreciated.

Its expensive because its full of NO2 and other useless crap. its not pure creatine ethyl ester...which is why you don't want to buy this brand, ESPECIALLY at GNC prices.

So am I looking to make sure the product I buy has creatine ethyl ester? Again, I'm still new to these supplements and figured they must all be the same.

How about NO-Explode?

You kinda right about the price thing, I'm seeing these things aren't that cheap. Is there a better place to buy supplements? Preferably online, I live in Canada if you know of any.

NO-Explode it basically teh exact same crap as Horse Power.

you want to buy something that is called Creatine Monohydrate...or Creatine Ethyl Ester.

Those should be the ONLY ingredient listed on whatever you buy. otherwise, its a mixture of various stuff, most of which doesn't work, but you pay out the ass for it.

personally I use monohydrate because I don't feel like I bloat up on it. Its about $15 in US money for a 500gram tub of monohydrate, which is 100-120 servings (you really only need 3-5grams per day to reap the benefits of creatine)
