Ideal time to have a protein shake is immediately after a workout, which is what I do.
Although some may agree that having 0 protein shakes in your diet is good, it must be appreciated that due to some peoples' lifestyles it is difficult to get a decent meal every three hours, hence having a protein shake, which is easy to make, quickly consumed and can fit around your lifestyle (work, study, etc). |
