How much Whey Protein?

I have bought some Whey Protein and the scoop I have has a large end labelled 5ml and a smaller scoop the other end labelled 2.5ml.

Does anyone know how many 5ml scoops I will need to make up 30 gramms?

And roughly how many ml of water/liquid is best to ensure it mixes in well?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

What country are you from? In most places the nutrition label should answer all your questions.

Otherwise we can't really tell, not all wheys are exactly the same. What brand do you have?

As far as water, that's a trial and error to your own taste.

Wouldent more water in the shake make your body absorb it faster?

I'm in England and I have MyProtein Whey.

Someone told me 6 scoops of my 5ml is about 30 gramms, does that sound about right?

Thanks.

Why would the amount of water determine how fast protein is absorbed?

You mean on the back it doesn't say 1 scoop is 1 serving or 2 scoops is one serving?

was thinking that the more water the more spread out is the protien and water gets absorbed really quick and if you have protien powder in less water it becomes really thick which i would think take longer for the body to grab?
