| | | How much Whey Protein? I have bought some Whey Protein and the scoop I have has a large end labelled 5ml and a smaller scoop the other end labelled 2.5ml.
Does anyone know how many 5ml scoops I will need to make up 30 gramms?
And roughly how many ml of water/liquid is best to ensure it mixes in well?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks. |

| | | What country are you from? In most places the nutrition label should answer all your questions.
Otherwise we can't really tell, not all wheys are exactly the same. What brand do you have?
As far as water, that's a trial and error to your own taste. |

| | | I'm in England and I have MyProtein Whey.
Someone told me 6 scoops of my 5ml is about 30 gramms, does that sound about right?
Thanks. |

Thanks. | You mean on the back it doesn't say 1 scoop is 1 serving or 2 scoops is one serving? |
