i need help

hi im looking for a little help. im 20 years old 6'1 and 185 pounds. during high school i was very fit but i went to college and stopped working out and ended up at 215 pounds. i recently have been working out a lot and dropped back down to my high school weight....anyways i want to continue to see results but they are just coming too slowly. if i want to get toned what would be the best way to come about that?? i was thinking about taking some sort of supplement but im scared that they might make me get fat again. please let me know a good way to go about this thanks

A good diet is where progress starts. Let's see your average daily intake..

The more progress you make the slower the progress comes. Hoss is right. Diet.

After that is consistency. WIth diet and routine.

Not much of either. It is going to elp yo with some gains if you are a responder to it but it won't do a lot to change your appearance.
You sound alot like the old me. skinny in college. Went to 220. Cut back down to 180. I have a athletic build and am up to around 185 or so with a comfortable amount of lean mass. I like where I am. Creatine gives me good strength gains but diet and acitvity are the key you size. I like staying lean with definition. When I am eating to make gains I up my intervals and tabata training to help with fat loss. I pretty much use activity to control everything and I eat a lot. I do something everyday. Everyday.
