| | | Does it really matter how things are spelled? People come here to get information from others so that we can do things to better ourselves. Any input is useful no matter how its put out to each individual person. Talking and getting multiple opinions is the whole point of this, it's not a spelling bee. |

Most of them are literate, sure you can find someone illiterate now and then, but they mostly know how to spell and use proper grammar.
If I'm reading an article for example about caseine, I would surely not take the advice of someone who doesn't know how to spell it.
I mean think about, If he claims to know so much about it, how come he cannot even spell it correctly? |

| | | well there vojdancov, sorry about the miss spell, still a bit rusty here and never have been a good speller. why i say casine is cause whey, takes 30 min to absorb in the blood stream and 120 min to break down, while casine takes 1-2 houres to absorb and 2-4 houres to breakdown.
in addition the question as i understand is not specific as "what do i take after a workout" it's in general meal time type deal what is better.
even for workouts whey will not so much be used as the protine you cells take in at that moment. if i remember right, it's actually that the body reconizes there a protein inbound and the body will release excess protein into the blood stream.
casine provide better benifits as a trikle effect, as opposed to whey. anywho
good to be back in here, and am a bit rusty still. |

There is no e on the end.
At the very least, if you must go around correcting spelling, make sure you know what you're talking about. And, more importantly, try not to be a huge tool about it. There's this thing called a "private message" you can use to gently inform someone that they are mistaken as to the arrangement of the letters in a word, without attacking them in public (though in this case you've only managed to insult yourself).
Or, lacking basic human decency, you could at least have something to contribute. Or, no, wait, I guess by your own standards that's impossible for you, because you'd have to be able to correctly spell every word you've used for us to give any credence to what you're saying.
You fail your own test.
P.S. Re: the OP, I recommend a quality fish oil and a solid multi-vitamin and multi-mineral. If you can't get enough protein in your diet from whole sources (meat, seafood, eggs, cheese, milk, etc), you can supplement with whey, casein, or a milk dairy isolate type mix (80% casein, 20% whey - imitating the ratio that occurs naturally in milk). I wouldn't bother with creatine for now. Eat clean, and in a surplus. Check out the stickies on nutrition.
