| | | Important questions on NO2... I just bought some NO2, and some CE2 (creatine), and I was wondering what you people think about those supplements.
And my specific questions are:
1) I am 16 (just turned 16 two days ago), weigh 155 lbs., and measure 5'8", is it okay for me to take NO2 and CE2?
2) The label on the NO2 warns against people under the age of 18, I have a big build and truthfully, NO2 doesn't deal alternate your body mechanisms to high degree. Would you guys still recommend I not take it?
3) I was thinking and considered the option of taking the supplements, but in smaller dosages. Will this cripple the beneficial effects too much, at all?
Thanks in advance.

| | | The creatine should work, it's just overpriced. Don't get me started on the NO2, lol.. 16 should be okay for creatine, but before even looking at supps one should look at their diet and training regimen (all ages). |

| | | Thanks... Thanks. I'll take the creatine. But I still feel shifty about the NO2, I don't want any severe, negative side-effects. And the problem is I may be at a higher risk because I am not 18 yet. I don't care if I don't get results, I already bought it, I just don't want to harm myself by taking it.

| | | Don't worry, I'm 16 and I take 15 pills a day, and a bunch of powder. Creatine is naturally made in the body, taking creatine just helps supply you with more. N02 is OK as well, just don't over-due it.
Age doesn't matter, what is the difference between 16, and 18? Nearly nothing. Maybe an inch or 2 on your height. But supplements have not been proven to stunt growth at all.
People who try and make you think supps are bad for your health are idiots, who worry about everything. They are GOOD for you.
Creatine is amazing. Not a super-supplement. But I see big differences while I'm using it. Whether it's the ability to lift more, longer, or better gains, it helps.
N02 is not bad stuff, it's just over-priced, so people like to beat down on it. |

| | | Thanks Loads, that's what the answer I was looking for, I just swallowed two (one dosage) pills of the CE2, and wow, those things are huge. Lol. Hey, Loads, have you tried the NO2 yourself?
