Hi, I've been taking l-lysine for about a month now, in order to estimulate the HGH release, however I've read that if you take Lysine along with arginine it works better...

1-should I start taking them together right now, just before going to bed?

2-should I take L-arginine as soon as i wake up and lysine before going to bed?

3-should I wait a couple of days before start taking them together?

4-is it bad for the body to take them together at the same time?


What do you suggest?

show me the research that says l-lysine enhances HGH production.

cuz really, most people misunderstand the research out there. more than likely, IF any research exists, it'll show that people with lysine deficiencies saw a return to normal HGH levels when supplementing with l-lysine....not that l-lysine = huge HGH levels.

its like people thinking ZMA will boost testoserone levels. it will if you have a zinc deficiency that's limiting your natural T levels....otherwise its just a good sleep aid and zinc, magnesium and B supp.

Probably, but why would you? Can you not tell from our discussion a year ago that there is no research supporting taking these supps. to boost HGH above normal levels???
