The taste is middle-of-the-pack - it's not fantastic but it will get the job done. The Mango Peach actually had some potential, however that particular flavor does not mix very well in a shaker. Even after vigorous shaking, you can't help but get a mouthful of clumps. Low carbs, low calories, and high protein, is exactly what I was looking for in a protein supplement. It's also not as filling and doesn't give me the "bloated" feeling that a few other protein supplements have in the past.

I bought it from bodybuilding.com website. The flavor is the best protein flavor that I have ever tried AND on top of the it mixes extremely well without much if any clumps of powder. I mix it with water.
This is not an advertisement or anything but how can I cannot believe how good this protein shake taste and from the bodybuilding.com, it was cheaper than the Optimum website that sells it. Almost makes me wonder if the product is legit or not. I checked out the local Henry groccery store and it sells the same product but for mark up of 30%. Have anyone else tried the recent Optimun protein product and does it mixes this well or am I just buying cool-aid.

Taste is great. Not chalky or difficult to drink. Its also nice that the drinks are prepackaged. I like the fact that I don't have to scoop out of a big tub and spill all over the place. They are great if you mix with water, and taste like a chocolate shake if you mix with milk. The protein is a little pricey, but worth it. Boxes are packaged with 7 chocolate and 7 vanilla.

After I found this companies protein, I tried their creatine. I was intrigued by the fact that it has comparable amounts of creatine, in pill form. I hate mixing (or trying to mix) a glass of sand textured creatine monohydrate and despise drinking a glass of sand textured creatine monohydrate. 4 pills, although somewhat large, go down a lot easier than a couple scoops. Also, it was interesting to see that this creatine was approved by the olympic commitee, although they might all be approved by that committee, I'm not sure.

Sure2Endure brings my workouts to the next level. The provide energy without giving me the loopy energy feeling. I don't get the jitters I usually get from energy supplements. I don't get as tired though when I work out. Whereas I used to be exhausted when I stopped working out, now I feel like I have energy left over. I also don't get as sore following workouts.

Detailed review: I really liked the taste of this bar, it was very textury (if that's a word), tasted yummy and I loved it. On the flip side, If you eat them daily, it's too much fat content so be careful, 10G + per bar. Also I have a friend that gets plugged up when eating these so that must affect only certain people, like with any other supplemenets, it happens.

I have been taking this for 5 days now and my muscles are usually very sore 24 hours after my workout, and I feel great. This has helped me eliminate my rest day in my workout allowing me to workout out more. I hear that at cosco you can get 500 g for 13.99$ which is a much better deal but I just wanted to try a small dosage first to see if it really works and it does. I take it first thing in the morning and right after my workout and one serving is 5g. Many creatines advertise that they have glutamine, but there isn't enough in some of them to make a significant difference.

I highly reccomend using this product, and if not this exact companies glutamine, to try a glutamine of some sort. It will make all the difference in your recovery time.

As per normal as I got fitter recovery was quicker. Then speak to other guys after a 6hr ride they suggested this product.

This supplement is GREAT! Like I mentioned above, it's vegetarian, and lactose-free. Other protein shakes would give me gas and bloating, but this one works great! I also like that it doesnt have soy estrogens - because I have to eat tofu with my other meals, it's important to not O.D. on the stuff. I've been reading too much lately on the effects of soy hormones on the body. It mixes really well (with rice milk, regular milk) and tastes yummy, too.

Poured in a bottle, shook the hell outta it. Some didn't mix but for the most part it looked and tasted exactly like pink lemonade Crystal Light. Wasn't gritty or 'thick' bodied. No odd aftertaste.
I would not rely on it as a daily supplement, but for my weeklong trips to Denver, it might be helpful.

It has alot of protien and alot of vitamins. It has no artifical flavoring and no artificial or sweetners so I know im not loading myself with chemicals my body doesn't need. The taste at firs is ok, I put it in orange juice its not bad I can handle it. After a while of drinking it the taste becomes very easy to handle. Though NEVER put it in water, It took me about an hour to chug it because everytime I took a sip I wanted to puke. It has fast medium and slow digesting protien of the best quality so I can take in the morning and after my workout. Very versitle and comes in a cool huge jug!
