| Urine can turn color after taking vitamins because the body has absorbed "possibly" excess B vitamins. Concerning vitamins: the body absorbs what it can take in, and the excess is passed out in the urine. There is nothing wrong; your body is simply getting rid of extra vitamins it doesnt need. But usually the color is bright yellow (or a shade of it), and not green in color. It is possible (as I dont know your brand of vitamin you are taking, that it may have some type of color additive or other filler causing the discolored urine) Green urine can also be caused by a number of "other" factors such as:
Certain foods
Asparagus - may turn urine green color with odor.
Certain medications
Artificial food coloring
Artificial coloring in medications
It can also mean a medical condition as well.
With this said, it also could mean you are deydrated, and not drinking enough water. Or a combination of your vitamins, foods, medications, or an unknown condition.
What type of vitamins do you take, and how much water do you drink?
Any medications? What is your diet history like?
Wish you the ultimate best in everything you attempt to achieve, and then more,

Reason: To add in other possibilities for discoloration of urine
