Hey,

I am 13, 7th grade, 96 pounds, 5'4''. Any suggestion for what Multi Vitamins I should take? Adult, teen if there is one, kid? A link would be appriciated.

i take GNC mega-women, lol. yeah im a guy. i just take it because, the bottle is bigger than mega mens, and it has more than double the amount of calcium than the mega mens. plus me and my mom share.

infact, GNC mega women is either higher or equal to mega men in everything, except vitamin K, and i think one other thing. mostly everything in mega-womens is higher. except it doesnt have amino acids in it like mega mens, but i take an amino supplement, and eat more than enough meat anyway. plus like is said before, it comes with 240 tablets instead of only 180.

lol, well, IMO, you have to take 4 tablets. as opposed to the even more potent GNC vitamin(2 tablets). and GNC has iron in it, if you choose to get the one with iron in it. ive always taken adult vitamins since i was a kid, and besides for the extra arm growing out of my head ( ) i turned out fine. you can find store brands that are as good as that, even better, taken with 1 tablet.

actually taking a vitamin mutli times a day is much better, unfortunatly I don't know anyone who would remember to take them several times a day (including myself), so once a day is better in that respect, NOW makes good ones and so does twin labs, and especially beverly inc. at bodybuilding.com GNC generaly does not have good vitamins from what Ive heard, because the vitamin sources arn't the best, and the "fillers" they use prevent good absorption. well thats what Ive heard about them.

ill have to keep that in mind
