| | | Muscle Milk? yay or nay I know it is a little too high fat and high calorie as a protein shake if you're losing weight.
It seems pretty good on nutritional value with several vitamins. 17g fat/ 17 carbs/ 34g protein. that's a pretty good ratio.
With those things in mind, shouldn't Muscle Milk or Muscle Milk Light make a pretty good meal replacement shake?
Any thoughts?

Secondly, you can order Muscle Milk online but I've never seen it in a suppliment store over here. |

They haven't been so I believe it to be true | truthfully you should then learn to take what you read with a pinch of salt then. you can generally find facts to back up any argument and if something was taught to be dangerous do you not think that it would be pulled from the shelves or at least a warning put on it or else they would be leagaly left open to being drag through the courts and losing everything
Do I think it could be true, yes quite easily, but Do I think t-nation are exaggerating the claims for the own commercial gain? yes completely and utterly. Truthfully I have no doubt in my mind that t-nation put that up article for their own vested interests and not yours however by making it look like they have they are coming out the good guys and you go buy their products.
truthfully I wouldn't take any arictle liek this as gospel without reading the reference material and seeing exactly what sort of sample population they were using to come to there conclusion |

However, they can't publish something that isn't true, T-Nation are too big to get away with publishing slander. |

| | | T-nation can be biased at times, and hold their own opinions, but they are still great and enjoy reading their articles. And as for muscle milk, if your trying to lose weight I don't think it would be too optimal due to how high in fat it is. |

| | I guess it matters in what your goals are, if your trying to gain size and strength and not worried about gaining a little extra weight with it then I would recommend MM.... Muscle Milk Reviews. If you are trying to stay lean then I would go with a ON 100% whey or Sytha 6. |

| | | ...As for MM going as a MRS...I don't think it's a good idea to go on any kind of liquid diet, especially if you're trying to gain weight.
And as far as that goes, if I wanted more fat and carbs in my diet, I would just eat more. Since I want more protein in my diet, I supplement. I wouldn't want to pay money for the fat and carbs that take up the volume of the container when I could be getting just regular protein. |

| | | Garbage - If I remember correct, it combines a high amount of all 3 macros in the same serving, namely sugars/fat, which can possibly lead to a fat storage nightmare!
There are far better protein choices out there. |

| | | Well i was relatively young when i took it, i cant remember much about it except that it tastes amazing! I got the chocolate flavor, mixed it with skim milk, and it tasted spectacular, like a milk shake. Nothing that tastes that good can be good for you lol | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
