Muscletech Creatik?

Has anyone taking muscletech Creatik. its Ethly Ester creatine and I was wonderig if anyone has retained a lot of water weight well on it.

Also, do you guys feel that Creatik will work just as well as any powdered creatine?

Thanks for the advice.

I retained water on this stuff and other ethyl. I stick with Crealkaline tabs or with straight powdered monohydrate. Theres nothing better than keeping it simple sometimes.

If you are getting really bloated from it drink a small glass of ginger ale after you down your creatine.

Ethyl Ester always keeps bloat to a minimum for me.

Now i'm nervous to take this. I don't want to gain 10 pounds even if its water weight when cutting cause then I won't be seeing results and I'll get discouraged and unmotivated.

I'm not a big fan of Muscletech, I think thay make some unrealistic claims and there products are overpriced. If I were you I'd stick to the basics as said above. If you not wanting to retain water why not just skip the creatine all together

Muscletech is awesome. I love the muscletech nitro-tech hardcore protein is the best SCREW ON.

I'd like to retain water in muscles but not in stomach or face like someone else mentioned had happen to him.

those are my feelings too. over hyped, so they gotta jack up the price to pay for their ****ty marketing campaign.

plus they throw in other useless substances, yet make bold claims about how huge you'll get with it.

LOL, like their claim that their CellTech Hardcore creatine is 26 times more powerful than any other creatine in existence. . .or that their Nitro-Tech Hardcore is 24 times more powerful than whey protein. Yes, Muscletech is the king of unrealistic claims in the supplement world. I try to avoid it too. They're wayyy too over priced, especially since you can get something just as good for twice as less money.

There are 2.7 grams of creatine in 3 capsules of creakic. So, 3 capsules=1 serving. There's a total of 30 serving in a bottle. Their directions say that you should take 2 servings a day (they don't even recommend loading!!!). So in the end your paying 60 dollars for a 30 day supply which is a complete rip off. Because you can get the same results from the powder form which is 3 times cheaper and you can get twice as much.
